This policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and responsibilities regarding the shipment and delivery of your order. Please read it carefully.

1. Shipping Carriers and Coverage

• Global Shipping: We ship worldwide to most destinations.

• Trusted Carriers: We utilize reliable international carriers, primarily DHL, and may use other trusted partners as necessary (e.g., FedEx, UPS) depending on the destination and package weight.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment Timelines

Our total fulfillment time is divided into two phases: Processing/Production Time and Shipping Transit Time.

A. Processing and Production Time (Fulfillment)

This is the time required for us to cut, create, inspect, and package your item before it leaves our facility. This time does not include actual transit time.

 

B. Shipping Transit Time

This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package once it has been handed over to them.

• Transit time varies significantly based on the destination, carrier service, and customs procedures.

• Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

• Delivery Destination (Country/Region)

• Total Weight and Dimensions of the Package

• Selected Shipping Method (Standard or Express)

• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless a free shipping promotion is explicitly applied.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an automated email notification.

• This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can monitor the status of your shipment.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

5. Address Accuracy and Reshipment

• Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and current.

• Incorrect Address Return: If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be required to:

• Pay the cost of the return shipping charged by the carrier.

• Pay the full cost of the re-shipment fee before the item is sent out again.

• Non-Refundable: Orders lost or abandoned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International Orders: Shipments outside our home country may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

• Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The customer is entirely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees required by their local authorities.

• We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

• If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, the refund will be processed minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged to us by the carrier.

7. Event Orders Disclaimer

• Plan Ahead: If you are ordering for a time-sensitive event, please place your order well in advance (we recommend allowing ample buffer time beyond the maximum estimated production and transit times).

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee delivery dates and will not be held responsible for packages that arrive late due to carrier delays, customs processing, or if the order was placed outside of our recommended lead time.
