👗 Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! As an intermediary, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience while adhering to the policies set by our external Suppliers.
1. Order Cancellations
We must adhere strictly to our Suppliers’ production schedules.
• Cancellation Window: We only accept cancellations on the same calendar day the order was placed.
• Supplier Production: Once the external Supplier has started processing, production, or fulfillment (which often begins immediately), cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We maintain a strict Return and Exchange Policy given the logistics of our third-party fulfillment model.
A. Eligibility Criteria (Strict)
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the request is submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving your item, and only if the product meets one of the following conditions:
• The product is significantly not as described (e.g., incorrect fabric type or a completely different item was sent).
• The wrong size or color was shipped (e.g., you ordered white and received black, or the item received does not match the size ordered on the tag).
Note: Slight variations in color due to lighting or screen resolution, minor design discrepancies, or dissatisfaction with a size you selected are not considered valid reasons for return.
B. Required Condition and Supplier Compliance
All returns must strictly adhere to the following:
1. Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.
2. Supplier Requirement: Any approved return is contingent upon the third-party Supplier's own return policy and final approval.
C. Return Process and Fees
• Initiation: To request a return, you must contact us within the 3-day window. We will review the request and, if approved, provide you with the Supplier’s specific return address.
• Return Address: All returns must be shipped directly to the address provided by us (the Supplier's facility). Shipping to any other address (including our administrative address) will not qualify for a refund.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for all approved returns.
• Shipping Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for the cost of return shipping to the Supplier and any associated customs/border fees.
D. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
• Customized or altered items (including custom sizes).
• Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
3. Refunds
• Refunds are processed only after the Supplier has received, inspected, and approved the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus the 20% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for delays in refund processing once we have instructed the payment provider to issue the credit.
